Keep that cardio up!
I know that everyone is looking forward to the 2 week break for Christmas but it is important to keep that cardio up for what's to come when we return! I noticed such a difference in routines from just taking a week off for Thanksgiving. It is amazing how long and hard we have to work to get our bodies in condition to do what we do but how fast we loose it.
Here are some practical ideas to help you stay in shape during the holidays so that your return isn't so "painful"!
- Run around the block once a day
- Run up and down your stairs 20 times everyday
- Do 10 of each jump that you perform in you routine once a day
- Work you core by doing crunches and planks
- Gorilla jumps help keep your legs strong.. get jumpin!
- COME TO OPEN GYM to tumble during the break
I am so proud of our routines! Let's keep building up and not backtrack during the holidays. Y'all rock my socks off:)
